There are many things that can help with Shadow work. In producing the following I found the powerful release possible by creating poetry from life’s events using it to create lyrics, then used AI to create music in a style and mood I felt reflected my feelings in the poems. To round it up I used AI to put it all together in a video.

The following was a poem written in 2021 about loss and the recognition that we can’t heal the people we love by love alone. The sub theme of the poem is that everyone has their own journey to travel during this human existence and loving is sometimes letting go.
The following poem “Last Words” was created in response to the empathy I felt to posts I read on Facebook about the loss people were going through. I am often at a loss, as many are, to know what to say and how to help in these situations. The poem is an expression of the want to support and help I wanted to offer.
The following poem Angels Wings was one of the first poems I wrote after waking from a vivid dream of my Nana holding me in her arms in Spirit. Again the words were put into an AI music generator with the feel and music style I felt went with the words. This music file was then used to create a video again with the parameters I felt inspired to set.
The process of death is rarely discussed or talked about but we all go through it. Death is the doorway to forever and our transition back to our spiritual being but the process is painful and difficult for those who love us. This poem was written as a prayer for those going through their transition and their loved ones still on their earth bound journey.
