One of the more interesting aspects of mediumship is getting to know our spirit guides. These guides are sometimes people we have known in our lives who become guides to give us strength and loving energies to work with. Often our guides are advanced spirits who work with us on specific skills such as healing, communication or trance. Sometimes guides can also be pure spirit that have never touched the earth but can come to us in human outline to aid our recognition.
Healers in addition to healing guides will often work with just pure energy and light (often referred to as Angel energy).
